“I wouldn’t stay again”
+Location.
−As I entered, I gave the staff a cheery greeting, which was met with indifference. I actually told them that there are plenty of other hotels around, so they should appreciate my custom. As I appreciate peace and quiet, I asked for a room away from the elevator or at the end of the corridor. I was given a room that other guests would pass by, and I could clearly hear them. The breakfast was NOT great, and if you’re vegetarian or vegan, the options are very limited. I wouldn’t stay here again, and if you’re reading this, you might want to consider other options. Poor.

“Little disappointing”
+Breakfast was OK. Location was good. There was good cleanliness.
−The staff attitude and behavior had mixed experience. Staff could not provide correct guidance about going around and places like restaurants. At the time of check-in there was a reasonably good staff. However, on October 16, 2026 around 4:00 PM, the front desk the staff was rude and discourteous. The person refused to provide packed breakfast next morning as we had an early morning train and were to leave for the station at 06:30 AM next morning. After insisting he kept some stale slices in the reception refrigerator in the evening for picking next morning. The hotel access was frequently closed by local police, so one could not get a cab from or up to the hotel and that involved walking away to get a cab.

“Hotel muy cómodo y cercano a la plaza Registán”
+Las camas individuales fueron muy cómodas y grandes. La habitación era amplia y buena limpieza. Tenían agua en recepción. Localización muy cercana de la plaza de Registán. El desayuno no estaba mal.
−El recepcionista joven no me miraba a mí cuando le hablaba, solo respondía y miraba a mi marido.

“Comfy room, nice staff and great location”
+My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The room was very nice and always clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free water bottles was a very thoughtful touch. We would highly recommend this hotel.
−The breakfast buffet is a bit restricted to the same items almost everyday. The shower has only one setting and is wall mounted, so it's not very flexible.

+La posizione è ottima: il Registan si raggiunge a piedi in circa 10 minuti. La camera è molto spaziosa, i letti singoli sono larghi una piazza e mezza e comodi, mentre il bagno dispone di una doccia grande. All’ingresso sono inoltre disponibili bottigliette d’acqua gratuite.
−L’unico aspetto negativo è stata la temperatura eccessivamente alta nelle camere, che ha reso difficile dormire comodamente. Anche la colazione è lontana dagli standard europei.
