+La proximité des endroits a visiter ( la Médina n'est qu'à 5mn a pieds) et près de bons restaurants Marocain. La propreté des lieux ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.

“A fuir !!!”
−Chambre infestée de fourmis, aucune insonorisation ni isolation. Les fenêtres étaient remplies de condensation nous avions eu très froid et on entendait le bruit des voitures, des scooter et motos comme si nous avions la fenêtre ouverte. De + la lumière qui passer à travers la porte d’entrée nous illuminer la chambre comme si nous avions une veilleuse !
+Wir kamen nach Mitternacht an. Es hat alles gut geklappt auch der Transfer vom Flughafen
−Ein wenig abgelebt und Schimmel im Bad. Das Frühstück war nicht so abwechslungsreich.

+The price and location were great and the staff were helpful.
−When we booked to stay here the ratings were 8+, when we arrived the ratings had dropped to 7. It feels like the hotel staff have given up with this property. It has so much potential but is not being looked after. They have an ant problem.. we changed room 3 times, which the staff were really accommodating to. Some rooms are cleaner than others. The breakfast is non-existent some bits of dried bread and cold boiled eggs. Nothing gets replaced and tables do not get cleaned. The staff smoke on the rooftop and outside the front of the hotel and the fumes drift into the rooms. The price is excellent value, if you want budget and somewhere safe to stay with a great location then it’s fine, but it’s not a comfortable stay.

+Bon emplacement. Personnel sympa. Belle terrasse. Lit confortable.
−Chambre vétuste. Salle de bain dégradée (pas d’attache pour le pommeau de douche, toilettes qui fuient, fourmis un peu partout). Le restaurant est davantage un fast food.

“Ottima posizione ma il resto...”
+Posizione eccellente, alle porte della medina, vicino al mare. Colazione buona con qualcosa anche preparato al momento, incentrata sulla parte dolce. A parte gli immancabili formaggini e uova sode.
−Pulizia da rivedere, formiche in camera che probabilmente cercano di dibellare con varichina lasciando l'inconfondibile odore . Bagno microscopico.
