“I would not return here.”
+The bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and it was a relatively quiet area.
−Well.. I walked into a room that wasn't completely clean. There was a half drank water container on the counter. There was a towel on the floor and no water in the fridge. Usually there is always a free water. After arriving at midnight I didn't have the energy to complain. It looked like NO ONE did an actual walk through of the place. The A/c and heater unit worked but all the buttons were punched out, that is super tacky. Then the bedding was funky. It was an old blanket, no comforter. The blanket looked OLD and it definitely was not soft. For Brooklyn weather each bed should have a nice comforter and not some old ass blanket that is all worn out and not even soft. The ad totally lied about the views - the view was of a uhaul storage. That was dissapointing bc I intentionally paid extra for a balcony. For the price the whole hotel needs an entire upgrade. The pictures Completely misrepresent the hotel. I would not return for the price and was definitely dissapointed by how worn down everything was and that the room was not checked and clean when arriving.

“Great location in Brooklyn, clean large rooms”
+One of the few hotels in this area of Brooklyn. It was a boutique hotel, huge rooms, very clean and was perfect for our visit
−Nothing it was great… which it was less expensive but that is the NY/Brooklyn area for you.

“Never again.”
+The room was ok and relatively clean except for the floor, long black hair was all over the bathroom floor, not mine. Special compliment to Stan, absolutely amazing and beautiful person! Highlight of our stay.
−Extremely noisy location, AC unit is awful and loud,hallway noises all night long, loud doors as well. Found two plastic bags in my suitcase that were not mine and one had a dirty female underwear, just gross, how ????? Unbelievable. Called one evening asking for extra shower gel, never got it, the morning person brought it to me after one more phone call. The robs were not in a unit and after calling front desk and requesting them, person working there said they don’t have it.

+The industrial vibe, the simplicity of the design and the colours used (black frames and blinds), the style of the furniture. Excellent bed, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with spectacularly nice toiletries
−Cleanliness on arrival, the floor hadn't been swept/cleaned properly. I found a child's tooth on the floor near the bed (which I hope had fallen out naturally!). The balcony was in a poor state of repair and not pleasant enough to want to spend time on it, especially given the curious ambient smell in the outside air, but I appreciated the extra sense of space it gave. This isn't really a negative, but the place was showing distinct decorative wear and tear. It didn't bother me.
