+I cancel and I did not stay .the 20 when to check the place and I realized was many stairs to claim to get to the entrance and the stairs no way to hold !!! Horrible …so I cancel and no person to talk

“Lovely stay, perfect location - central, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet.”
+We loved the rooftop terrace where we got to have a delicious breakfast each morning. Seeing the domes of the basilicas, the bell towers and so many gorgeous rooftops was a treat - along with delicious baked goods and capuccinos!
−I didn't realize beforehand that there would be no host to greet us at the hotel. Once I understood this, we adjusted and it was just fine.

−Não acessível por carro, é necessário subir uma viela muito íngrime com desnível de cerca de 15m. Totalmente inviável para pessoas idosas ou meia idade. Isto deveria estar claramente alertado.

−La personne sur place ne parlait pas anglais. Elle était froide, stressée et à la limite de l’impolitesse. On se sentait pas bienvenue. Je n’aurais pas resté une soirée de plus.
