−(Déjà dit à votre personnel en arrivantet en partant) Pour un 4 étoiles j'ai détesté la petite chambre (214) donnant sur une minuscule cour intérieure face à un mur en béton, à la cheminée d'évacuation de la cuisine, et sans aucune visibilité de l'extérieur .. inadmissible: le store se fermait mal et avions la lumière de 2 spots toute la nuit ! Il manquait une aération efficace (seulement côté douche pour la buée) pour évacuer les mauvaises odeurs dans les toilettes

+If you want to experience the classic Thun vibe, Hotel Krone is the place to be! If I had the chance to stay here more than once, I would choose Hotel Krone every time! With its charming village atmosphere and beautiful views towards Thun Castle, the hotel offers a wonderful Swiss experience. The rooms have air conditioning, which makes the stay even more comfortable. . It is also conveniently located near a Coop supermarket and the Marktgasse bus stop, making it easy to get around whether you’re travelling by bus or train. For a charming stay in the heart of Thun, Hotel Krone is definitely the place to choose!

+I really liked the room. It was clean, cosy, and everything was well thought out. I also liked the bathroom. The hotel’s location was very convenient, almost in the city centre, close to all the main attractions.
−Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. When we arrived at around 8:50 a.m., many items were missing, including omelette, fried eggs, desserts, and vegetables. Only a small piece of tomato and a small piece of bread remained. Cheese and cold cuts were available. During the 40 minutes we spent at breakfast, the staff did not refill the empty food containers. I also found the staff’s loud conversations inappropriate, especially as the guests were much quieter. In my opinion, a four-star hotel should replenish the food more frequently and provide a better breakfast experience.
