+The hotel itself is lovely and the food is fab
−I didn't like the fact that I'm in my 60's and my bag was quite heavy and a man checked me in and two ladies behind reception also and he didn't offer to bring my bag to my room, that hugely disappointed me, when I asked how to get to my room I was told go this way to walk and that way to the lift and I said I'm not able for too much walking I'll take the lift and not one of them informed me that the walk to the lift was so much longer than the very short walk to my room and when I got off the lift the walk was 3 times longer than the walk to the lift, I struggled walking with my heavy baggage and by the time I got to my room I was close to tears 😢 it was horrible and a very cold reception with pure laziness and an obviously didn't care about residents attitude

“Excellent”
+The entire hotel was magnificent. The staff were very accommodating and the food was very good. We would definitely book again this hotel if back to Ireland.
−Our only unfortunate was we were meeting with family and the group behind us was extremely loud and we had no other location to move to in the restaurant.

“Our stay was excellent, very friendly hospitality and atmosphere. Came away feeling relaxed.”
+Very welcoming staff , reception warm and inviting . Room was spacious with an excellent en-suite absolutely spotless. Great food and atmosphere will be back .

−The eggs x 2 served for breakfast were stone cold. I did mention this to the staff.
