“Our overall stay was really nice and comfortable. Location was excellent”
+They had a person at the reception all the time. I loved that. Not every hotel did. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The shower was very small though. I also wished you had more places to put our stuff in the bathroom.

“Good for being centrally located and cost reasonable for stay!”
+Old retro building with lots of interesting artwork throughout. The receptionist was welcoming, the rooms were adequate and location was great very close to all the historical sites and markets.

−I prodotti da forno della colazione erano freddi, i pancake appena usciti dal frigorifero, i salumi erano esposti ammassati e senza protezione, poca possibilità di scelta e buffet piccolo e caotico. In camera erano presenti moscerini che uscivano dallo scarico del lavandino, con sifone di scarico posizionato in maniera errata e dal quale risaliva esalazione del sistema fognario. Le pareti del bagno presentavano evidenti segni di muffa. I problemi della camera sono stati segnalati la mattina successiva al check-in ma non è stato preso alcun provvedimento.

−The hotel facilities are very outdated. We booked and paid extra for a family room, but it was located on the ground floor, right next to a busy square. The noise from outside was extremely disturbing, making it almost impossible to rest, especially when travelling with a young child. When we complained, the receptionist told us that noise at 10 PM was normal. I found this response very disappointing and unreasonable. A hotel is supposed to be a place where guests can rest and sleep comfortably. Expecting a reasonable level of quiet at 10 PM is not an unreasonable request. Although the hotel eventually agreed to move us, we were given a standard double room instead of the family room we had paid for. In other words, we paid more for a family room but ended up staying in a cheaper room category, without any compensation for the difference. I understand that the hotel cannot control the activities in the square, but proper soundproofing and fair treatment of guests should be basic expectations. Moving guests to a lower room category without refunding the price difference is not a satisfactory solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hote

“Buena estancia y buena atención.”
+Hotel pequeño, de estilo vintage, con una recepción muy correcta y el resto del personal atento, especialmente Miguel. Muy bien situado, a sólo 7 minutos andando del Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, donde se encuentra la parada de bus para venir e ir al aeropuerto, así como muy cerca de diferentes líneas de bus urbano ya unos 15 minutos andando del casco antiguo. La habitación es grande, las camas cómodas, el baño pequeño pero correcto, y todo limpio. El desayuno buffet variado, pero tal vez escaso en salado y caliente.
−El ascensor es muy, muy pequeño, y en la tercera planta no para directamente en la planta de las habitaciones, y hay que bajar algunos escalones.
