+Petit déjeuner super varié, pour tous les gouts. Le thé dans une vraie théière avec de l'eau bien chaude. Les Pasteis de Belem arrivent vers 8h.
−l'absence de bouilloire et de cafetière dans la chambre. à défaut j'aurais apprécié un petit déjeuner qui commence à 7h plutôt que 7h30

−O quarto não tinha aquecimento ambiente. Só existia um cobertor. A insonorização era péssima. Ouvia-se as as descargas dos autoclismos e os duches dos quartos superiores num nível incomodativo. Não me permitiu uma noite descansada.

“Nice, clean, safe, close to everything including public transportation”
+This hotel is very well located to several attractions and good access to public transportation. The staff is very courteous, and when I checked in the agent moved me to a room where I wouldn't have to walk up or down any stairs (I'm old). I really appreciated that. The breakfast is really high quality. And my room was clean and comfortable.
−I only had one problem and I did report it to the front desk. The shower head was turned towards the shower door and I didn't realize it, and when I opened the shower door I ended up pretty much flooding my bathroom floor trying to get to the shower head to turn it. I mentioned to the front desk that they might want to have housekeeping turn all of them towards the wall when they clean rooms. Minor problem.
