“Pleasantly surprised”
+We were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews I was not expecting much. It was a bank holiday weekend and it was the cheapest option to us and within our tight budget. We were only staying one night on our way to Santander ferry so did not want to pay a lot. It was clean and comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus. It was difficult to park as the village was very busy but we managed. The receptionist was lovely however the bar staff were not. We ate a meal there , due to bank holiday crowds it was difficult to find somewhere so took the hotel option, and again were surprised. It was reasonably priced and had good food. The area is outstanding. We have not been in the area before and we loved it. We would stay again if we found ourselves in this part of Spain.
−It took the bar staff ages to serve us despite us being the only customers at the time. I'm not sure what was going on but she was not friendly at all. The safe in the bedroom did not work as it had run out of battery. Our friends who were travelling with us had the same problem in their room. This is an easy thing to fix and is important to have when travelling. A cheap thing to rectify but a good option for the guests so I would recommend sorting this easy problem.

“Vacaciones en Isla.”
+La ubicación del hotel con respecto a las playas y el centro del pueblo, era genial. Nos gusto mucho la posibilidad de poder dejar el coche en una especie de parking que tienen unos metros más arriba del hotel. En cuanto a la comida, íbamos con media pensión y te daban la oportunidad de cambiar la cena por la comida si avisabas con tiempo. Las cenas estaban muy buenas y eran muy abundantes. Viajábamos con un niño de 3 años y nos dieron muchas facilidades a la hora de escoger comida.
−Las instalaciones estaban un poco anticuadas. En las habitaciones no habían lamparitas de noche, por lo que era muy incómodo cuando anochecía y tenías que encender las luces del techo. Por lo demás, todo correcto.
