+Emplacement central. Litterie correcte. Nous avons demandé à changer chambre car la première donne sur une rue très bruyante.La réception nous a installé dans une autre chambre à l'écart du bruit.
−Première nuit chambre trop bruyante et présence de fourmis. Le réceptionniste est intervenu avec un répulsif. Évacuation de la douche un peu lente.

+La ubicació cerca del centro de Catania es muy buena. La atención del personal es buena y te ayudan y te guardan las valijas luego del check out sin costo por el día.
−En gral está correcto, pero precisaría un poco de mantenimiento y mas enchufes en las habitaciones. El desayuno es un poco limitado,pero de buena calidad.

“Klimatyczny hotel w centrum Katanii”
+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wychodzi się z hotelu i zaraz jest główny deptak oraz dużo barów, widok na Etnę, sprawna klimatyzacja, codzienny zestaw kosmetyków i czyste ręczniki, możliwość zameldowania w nocy (w innych obiektach tego nie było) oraz zostawienia bagażu i skorzystania z łazienki po wymeldowaniu. Śniadania skromne (wędlina, ser, dżemy, jogurt, jabłka/ pomarańcze, banany, woda i sok) ale wystarczające, smaczny crossaint na ciepło. Sympatyczny, bardzo obszerny pokój z balkonem i wysokim sufitem z malowidłem. Hotel spełnił życzenia odnośnie pokoju.
−Na śniadanie tylko jedna filiżanka kawy, brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju oraz na śniadaniu. Za wczesna godzina wymeldowania. W łazience przydałby się już remont.
