+We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day, and the staff were always so friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy Budapest. I would definitely stay here again. Whenever I come back to Budapest, this will be my hotel of choice. Highly recommended!
−The only small things we didn’t like were the lack of a pleasant scent when entering the room and the completely transparent shower door, which offered less privacy. However, these were minor details and didn’t affect our overall experience.

“Nice stay”
+Great location! Not far from central market. I liked the retractable blinds and blackout curtains and the mood lighting in the room. The hotel has a nice aesthetic.
−The fact that breakfast is not at the hotel it’s at their sister hotel but the breakfast is very good! There was an issue with my door lock.

+La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
−El colchón (o quizá el somier, que era de tablas rígidas de madera) era excesivamente duro, mientras que las almohadas eran excesivamente finas. La limpieza de la habitación era cuando menos somera. Estuvimos alojados 5 noches y no cambiaron las toallas ningún día, no limpiaron el baño en absoluto, con lo que eso conlleva (solamente el suelo) y la limpieza de la habitación se limitó a pasar un poco el aspirador y a estirar los edredones. El desayuno es cerrado y muy limitado, con opciones que no son del gusto al menos del huésped mediterráneo medio y sin ningún tipo de flexibilidad. El personal del servicio de desayuno tampoco destacaba por su amabilidad, salvo una muchacha (no sé su nombre, delgada y con gafas) que era un encanto. El zumo que sirven es de bote, aunque si destaco la calidad del pan de masa madre. En resumen, no es en absoluto un mal hotel, pero está lejos de las cuatro estrellas, al menos de momento.

+Muy buena ubicación, tanto con el aeropuerto (bus100E),como cualquier zona del centro. Estaba limpio y moderno .
−Que el desayuno no fuese de buffet y tengas que ir a un hotel de al lado. Los edredones pequeños.

+Location regarding Old town very good. Very close to the bus stop of the bus coming from airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
−Air conditioning did not work. Technically it worked, but it did not cool anything. We turned it on at 21:00. the room temperature was 23degrees at the time. It worked throughout the night, trying to cool the room down to 18 and when we woke, the room temperature was 22.6 degrees. I do not want to think what the result would be at summer when there is 30 degrees outside.
+Location 10/10. Breakfast great once you realised that it was in another hotel down the road. Room was wel equipped.
−No bar and breakfast in another location and yet Hotel took a ER50 deposit against the mini bar!

+Centraal gelegen. Frisse uitstraling en fantastische douche en lekker bed. Aardig personeel.
−Jammer dat je in dit hotel niet kon ontbijten of een drankje drinken. Maar in het zuster hotel kon dit wel of in de buurt.
