+역에서 가까워요 걸어서 5분정도. 청결했고, 캐리어2개를 펼쳐 놓을수있을정도로 넓어요. 직원분이랑 많은 대화를 한건 아니지만 친절함을 느꼈어요. 침대가 푹신해서 잠을 잘 잤네요.
−리셉션과 방이 모두 4층에 위치해있습니다.. 캐리어 무게가 가벼운게 아니라면 꽤나 고생하셔야합니다.. 화장실이 2명이 번갈아 쓰기엔 조금 좁습니다.

“Perfect location for a stopover in the city”
+Really kind and accommodating host. Hotel nicely located in the city and close to the trainstation.
−Windows are not very well insulated so the noise from the streets can be heard.

+The room is sparkling clean. Only 10mins walk from the train station and right by the heart of Firenze. The Cathedral is just a few feet away! So many shops and restaurants nearby as well. The lady at the reception is very nice and polite. I think she noticed I only speak English and my husband is fluent in Italian but she speak to me in English nevertheless. I have experienced before that when people discovers my husband speaks Italian, they will just ignore me and just speak to him. But the lady at reception is very nice and had conversation with me and I feel really welcomed. I may have forgotten her name but she is the one on duty in the afternoon of 11th October 26.

“Doskonała miejscówka do zwiedzania Florencji dla osób lubiących schody :)”
+Bardzo blisko zabytkowego centrum Florencji. Niesamowicie uprzejmy i pomocny personel, który wskazał nam miejsca "must see" oraz restauracje godne polecenia. W pokoju czysto, czajnik, lodówka. Wszystko zgodne z opisem - w tym rónież konieczność wejścia na 3 (wysokie) piętro bez windy.

+La ubicación, en el centro de Florencia
−Se oye todo el jaleo de la calle, gritos, camiones de basura, coches y eso que está en un 4° piso, no se puede descansar, hemos estado 3 noches y dormido muy mal. Tambien se oyen los inquilinos de las otras habitaciones, sus conversaciones y las puertas.

+Hotel muy cómodo por su ubicación. Cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro. Muy limpio y bien equipado. Tiene una heladerita, pava eléctrica y te dan cafe, te, azúcar y agua. La atencion de la recepción muy amable.
−Lo unico, que el hotel siempre lo menciona, es el acceso por escalera de aproximadamente 3 pisos. Nosotros estuvimos bien, pero no lo recomiendo para personas mayores o con niños pequeños.

“Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.”
+Der sehr freundliche Empfang! Ein Fenster, das geöffnet werden kann. Ich freue mich, wenn es einen Wasserkocher gibt. Ich trinke gern Tee. Das Bett ist bequem. Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden, was ich brauche. Nach der Wanderung auf der Via degli Dei machte es mir nichts aus, die ca. 70 Stufen zur Unterkunft hochzusteigen.
