“Very nice stay!”
+The location was great, nicely decorated in a traditional style hotel, which feels very authentic! Very comfortable beds and very quiet even if at the heart of the city. Delicious breakfast!

“Petit hôtel de charme au coeur de la ville ancienne, proche du train et du tramway touristiques”
+Jolie maison ancienne bien mise en valeur. Juste à côté du départ du train touristique pour Palma et du tramway ancien pour le port de Soller. La personne à l'accueil est très aimable et efficace pour aider à se déplacer en voiture dans ce véritable "labyrinthe". J'ai pu réserver et profiter d'un emplacement de parking pas très loin de l'hôtel. 18 € par jour mais je recommande d'utiliser cette possibilité étant donnée les difficultés de circulation et de stationnement dans cette ville hyper touristique.
−Le prix est très élevé que ce soit pour la chambre aussi bien que pour le parking.

+Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un petit souci d'une fuite d'eau qui a été résolu dans l'heure qui suivie. Très bon emplacement et calme.

−Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. c'est une vrai galère pour circuler dans Soller et particulièrement difficile pour y stationner. L’hôtel, n'a pas toujours de place de parking payantes disponibles.... A nous de nous débrouiller.

“Ideal location, friendly staff, clean and perfect room!”
+The hotel could not be more centrally located. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated, had a/c and tea/coffee kettle.
−It was great! Although the property offers paid private parking nearby, I wasn’t comfortable driving my rental car in the small streets. So I parked at a lot about 15 minutes walking, which was cheaper and easy to use the parking app.
“Jedes Jahr wieder mit Freude”
+Wir kommen jedes Jahr wieder, das sollte schon alles sagen. Die sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage (man glaubt es kaum, es ist aber so) neben dem Bahnhof und einen Steinwurf entfernt vom Stadtzentrum. Das freundliche und professionelle Personal. Das Zimmer mit Bergblick, die Betten, das Badezimmer. Kein Luxus, aber gepflegt und stimmig.
−Das Frühstück könnte einen Neustart vertragen. Es wird alles angeboten, wirkt aber etwas lieblos (damit meine ich aber nicht die freundliche und hilfsbereite Servicekraft). Die leise Fahrstuhlmusik im Hintergrund wirkt dem Eindruck eines Frühstücks im Altenheim auch nicht entgegen.

+Location was exceptional and the staff was terrific.
−The room we had on the first 3 nights was near the entrance and was very noisy in the morning. Our last night on the 2nd floor was great.
