+Breakfast was good and the service and happy smiles from the staff mad it enjoyable. Loved our room up high and overlooking the old town and very clean. we acturally had two bedrooms

−Soba je bila že malo dotrajana, potrebna obnove, TV ni delal, bazen zelo mrzel. Nismo dobili kopalnih plaščev.

+A wonderful hotel,new, clean, and equipped with every amenity. The staff are very helpful, and everything runs smoothly. There’s parking, and the rooms are great; there’s even a spa! Breakfast is also good. The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town,but please be aware that it’s situated on a hill... actually, quite a steep hill. The parking area is on a very sharp incline. From the Old Town, you have to climb 37 steps to reach the main street, followed by another 75 steps,that’s 112 steps in total,plus an additional 200-meter walk uphill. It’s quite a challenge, so make sure you gauge your physical strength accordingly! That aside, the location is fantastic,you can easily walk to anywhere in the city, including all the museums.

−Nothing - but it is a steep hill to get to the hotel if you are walking to the old city. We had no issues but we could see that if there were a person who had some limitations it could be very difficult

+Decent breakfast
−No slippers, although carpet in the room was quite dirty. Saunas in spa was not hot enough. All in all not worth its price

−A szállást vacsorával együtt foglaltam le, viszont nem állt rendelkezésre. De nagyon kedvesek és megértőek voltak és a vacsora árát vissza is utalják.

“Kurzum ich komme wieder”
+Gute Anreise und gut zu finden. Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich. Gute Lage und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Abendessen im Restaurant vor Ort, sehr lecker.
−Am Fernsehprogramm sollten Anpassungen vorgenommen werden. Empfang war mittelmäßig.

“Kann man mit geringen Ansprüchen machen, wenn man nur übernachten will”
+Gefallen hat uns die Lage auf einem Berg mit tollem Blick in / auf die Stadt Mostar. Außerdem liegt das Hotel sehr günstig auf die Hauptstraße, die von Mostar nach Sarajevo führt. Und der Service des Personals (Fahren in die Stadt) war entgegenkommend
−Das Haus entspricht keinesfalls den Normen eines mitteleuropäischen 4 * Hotels. Auf den Zimmern waren weder Bademäntel noch badelatschen und auch keine Gläser oder Becher Ausgepriesen als Wellness- und Spahotel aber nur ein Physiotherapeut auf Abforderung und Nutzung des Schwimmbades nur nach Bitte um Aufschließen Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einfach und gar nicht vielfältig. Nur eine Sorte Brot, keine Joghurte und nur eine Sorte Müsli Früchte nur regionale auf einer etagerie 3 Sorten Wurst, 2 Sorten Käse Toast scheinbar unbekannt 4 warmhaltebehälter mit harten Würstchen der Region, Bällchen aus Semmelmehl, Gemüse und Spiegelei Aber diverse Salate als gratin und 1 x Bratkartoffeln Kaffee Automat in einfacher Art, aber einiges möglich damit Der PKW Parkplatz lagebedingt extrem abschüssig Keine Extra Bar- nur am Küchen Tresen Treppengeländer nur bis Etage 3, von 3 bis 6 keine Fahrstuhl max 4 Personen Balkone nur seitwärts Richtung Nordosten, also nie Sonne Zwar täglich Zimmer reinigen aber nicht gründlich
