+I liked the location, the breakfast, the bed.
−I didn't like that the receptionist sent me hundreds of emails to check in before arrival. It is really annoying. I didn't have time to check my tourists in, and it is the receptionist's job to do this, isn't it? Otherwise the receptionists were very helpful and kind.
