−Room really overheated and impossible to change thermostat. Bed too small and uncomfortable.

“Une belle découverte, une envie de revenir”
+accueil chaleureux et arrangeant, personnel souriant, hôtel "à l'ancienne" avec présence d'un accueil 24h/24. cadre charmant, avec salon cosy, escalier en bois, salle de petit déjeuner très agréable. Salle partagée avec une association "petite cantines", repas solidaires. Top sur le plan des valeurs. Emplacement central, à côté de Perrache et 20' en tram de Part Dieu. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

+It is particularly cosy. Very nice feeling entering the hotel. Nice wooden staircase. Personnel friendly and professional. The living room next to the lobby give a good vibe. comfortable sofa for relax or practical stool to work on laptop.
−No bar in the hotel. There is a nice breakfast room which could serve, I Believe, just a couple of soft drinks some wine and beers.

+Location to metro, restaurants and shopping minutes away on foot (5 minute walk- convenient small grocery shop across the street as well as 3 restaurants), helpful staff and satisfying breakfast (yogurts, croissants, breads, cheese, fruit, eggs- scrambled and hard-boiled), lunch meat, bacon, juices, etc). Also, coffee and tea was available for free all day.
−The room was cold on day 2 as temps dropped significantly in Lyon, because the heat wasn't turned on yet. However, the hotel staff brought up an electric heater immediately. It warmed the room by the time I returned from my day in the city.

“Nice and conveniently located hotel 15min on foot from Place Bellecour”
+The hotel is conveniently located just 15min on foot from Place Bellecour, so it stays in a place with easy access to all major attractions. The bed is comfortable, the WiFi works well, the shower is good, the cleanliness is spotless and the staff is nice and friendly. Even if my room faced the street, the room wasn't noisy.
−I liked everything really, the only thing I could mention is that the room is small, but this is nothing different from the majority of standard classes hotels around France, so it is what it is and it didn't bother me. Due to the room size, there is no space to a wardrobe, so you need to keep your clothes in your suitcase or use the few hangers that are available in the room.
