“Très Agréable”
+Le personnel était très sympa, on a pu laisser nos bagages la journée avant de prendre le train. La chambre est petite mais suffisante avec un matelas très confortable et de quoi ranger ses affaires.

−Seul petit problème, l'insonorisation. Certains clients oublient qu'ils ne sont pas tout seul dans l'établissement, et qu'à une certaine heure il faut parler doucement.

+Good and calm neighbourhood, close to the metro and bus station. Not very far away from the center, comparing to other hotels we stayed in before.
−The walls are so thin it feels as though they don’t exist! We couldn’t sleep for three nights because of the noise from the room next door. There were no other rooms available, so the staff couldn’t move us. The staff barely speak English, and cleanliness seems to be completely overlooked. The room was dirty, dated, and hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guests - the cups still had lipstick stains on them! The kettle was broken and the lid wouldn’t close properly, so I ended up burning myself. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable to use. I wasn’t expecting luxury at this price, but basic cleanliness and a decent night’s sleep shouldn’t be too much to ask. We will never stay here again.

“Great staff, clean, location not bad.”
+Clean and staff is very good. Good quiet residential location and central was easily accessible via 5 min walk to metro.
−Room and toilet were tiny - hardly any free space. For breakfast you will have to reserve in advance - this was not clearly communicated to us.

−Salle se bain visiblement refaite mais finition pas terrible. Petits bémol, ils y avaient des tâches sur les serviettes.

+The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice view from the window. There is a kettle in the room and small bar fridge.
