“Schönes, zentrales Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof”
+Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - wirklich empfehlenswert Parken war direkt gegenüber dem Hotel mit und 15 Euro den Tag für die zentrale Lage in Köln sehr passabel
−Das Frühstück musste in dem Verbundhotel eingenommen werden - ca. 100 m vom Hotel Domstern entfernt

+Wir fanden ein sehr schönes Zimmer in toller Lage vor und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter stechen duch Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit hervor.
−Das kleine Bad schien wie aus einer anderen Zeit und passte was die Sauberkeit angeht überhaupt nicht zum Zimmer selbst. Es gab einen alten verkalkten Duschkopf und die Fugen in der Duschkabine und auch direkt vor der Dusche sind verschmutzt und teilweise von Schimmel befallen. Es wäre sehr schade, wenn diese kleinen Dinge so blieben und damit den Gesamteindruck schmälern.

+Great location. Great breakfast. Lovely breakfast staff!
−The room had a very strong smell of perfume and smoke. It was a ground floor room looking out onto the street so I couldn't open the window to air the room because of personal security. I booked the hotel Domstern but had to check in somewhere else at a different hotel (very near but it was confusing), and then go back to my actual hotel with a series of check in codes. No sense of being welcomed or hospitality. Next morning I mentioned the strong smell in my room and the manager said she would mention it to housekeeping. No apology! No smile. Disappointing!

“Super convenient but in need of tlc”
