“Mein Lieblingshotel in Köln”
+Zentrale Lage nah am Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Sehr nette Rezeption und Top-Service beim Frühstück.

“I do not recommend this hotel”
+do not recommend this hotel. I booked it based on its good reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I reserved a room with a large double bed but was given a very small room with a single bed that felt more like a dormitory than a proper hotel room. At almost €200 per night, the room was certainly not worth the price. I tried to contact the hotel to resolve the issue but received no response that day. When they eventually replied to my email, their tone was rude, and they did not even offer an apology. I have attached photos showing the difference between the room I booked and the one I actually received. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, particularly given the price and the lack of professional customer service. The restaurant staff were friendly, and I appreciated their kindness, but the staff responsible for handling my booking were uncooperative and unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

“Schöner Aufenthalt. Für die Größe der Räumlichkeiten vielleicht etwas teuer....ist aber auch zentral”
+Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
−Code System für die Türen, nicht so mein Fall. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette war von der Größe schon grenzwertig.

+Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist ein liebevoll inzeniertes Schatzkästchen. Das Personal ist gut geschult und auch enorm motiviert und super herzlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in diesem schnuckeligen Haus genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und wurde von zwei gut gelaunten und flinken Fachkräften begleitet.
−Ich würde mich immer freuen, wenn ich nicht digital einchecken müsste, sondern wenn dies das Rezeptionsteam weiterhin ganz selbstverständlich übernehmen könnte. Das Rezeptionsteam in diesem Haus war so interessant und warmherzig, da hätte ich nach meiner langen, anstrengenden Anreise gerne etwas mehr Zeit geteilt.
