+Все чисто и аккуратно . В хорошем месте расположен отель. Завтрак отличный. Персонал приветливый . Мы приехали в 6-00. Нас пустили в туалет привести себя в порядок и мы оставили чемоданы в отеле, что было очень удобно для нас.

“Great location, very clean and very kind staff!!”
+Excellent location and a wonderful stay! We took the tram from the airport to a stop just a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The train station for our trip to Pisa was also only 6 minutes away on foot. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception team kindly helped us confirm a restaurant reservation. We especially loved meeting Asha, always smiling and making breakfast such a pleasant experience. Breakfast was delicious, although a little more variety would have been nice, as the options were the same every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel! ¡Excelente ubicación y una estancia muy agradable! Desde el aeropuerto tomamos el tranvía hasta una parada a solo 4 minutos caminando del hotel. La estación de tren para ir a Pisa también está a solo 6 minutos a pie. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. En recepción nos ayudaron a confirmar una reserva en un restaurante, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Nos encantó conocer a Asha, siempre tan sonriente y encantadora, haciendo que cada desayuno fuera aún más agradable. El desayuno estaba muy rico, aunque nos hubiera gustado un poco más de variedad, ya que las opciones eran las mismas cada día. ¡Definitivamente recome

“Mixed feelings”
++ Location is great as it's literally 3 min. walk from the train station and a few minutes away from lively, historic/touristy area + Staff is very nice and friendly
−- A room with 4 beds crammed together was not very comfortable and felt more like a hostel - The whole place is dated and needs a refresh - Towels and bedding we yellowish from being used for a long time - Breakfast was mediocre - Our room overlooked an area with a few benches occupied by food delivery "cyclists". No city view.
