+Cheap place to lay our heads for the night..
−Reception staff was not very friendly or welcoming.. felt like I inconvenienced him at check in. The hallways and rooms stank of way too much scented deodorizer with an underlaying smell or cigarette smoke. The bed and pillows were hard. There were bugs in our bathroom. The shower is incredibly small with no curtain or door which means you will flood the floors very quickly. The room was clean-ish.. wall and paint was peeling and bubbling in spots, tiles in bathroom were cracked.. honestly just overall led to an uncomfortable experience for the final night of our honeymoon in Athens. The pictures on the booking.com are very deceiving unfortunately..

“Je n’ai finalement pas pu loger dans cet hôtel parce qu’il ne réserve pas de parking”
−Refus du remboursement après annulation alors qu’il n’est pas indiqué que l’hôtel ne réserve pas de place de parking malgré les places sensées être à disposition.

“Comfortable stay in a great location, with only minor bathroom inconveniences.”
+Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to the beach by tram and to the city center by bus. The only downside was the small bathroom and the shower without a door, which caused water to leak onto the floor after every shower. Despite this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. :)

“A friendly and clean hotel close to everything in Paereus”
+The hotel was super welcoming. I had requested a sea view and they gave me that with a large balcony. Excellent room and lots of assistance when I asked about nearby restaurants. Convenient that there is a coffee shop across the street and a mini mart next door. Room was very comfortable and extremely clean. I was verry happy in my few days in Paereaus.

+Sauber, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Kühlschrank am Zimmer, Supermarkt direkt daneben, nur ein paar Meter zur Trambahn
