+The hotel staff were excellent and gave us a very late check out as I was unwell overnight and needed a few more hours recovery They were very obliging. Also great location not too far from the train station and all the restaurants.

−A cama é um pouco instável. Achei muito baixa.

+Location to train station, security, the lady barista during breakfast was lovely and friendly, good shower
−Mattress was pretty bad. Both sides were indented and the middle springs went up in a triangle shape. Didnt have control over AC, had to call desk and when we asked for them to change it to cool air because it was hot, they said it wasn't possible, so we slept with the door open all night.
+Hotel w starym, dobrym stylu. Urządzony ze smakiem. Przesympatyczna Pani obsługująca śniadania. Pomocni pracownicy recepcji. Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko do dworca kolejowego i autobusiwego, starego miasta i portu. Lubię tu wracać. W tym roku bylam tu już 5 raz.
−Pokoje lata świetności mają już za sobą. Bliskość dworca powoduje, że pod budynkiem można natknąć się na nieciekawe towarzystwo.

−We wanted two single beds but they were not available. They were very nice and gave us complimentary breakfast because of the disappointment.

+The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful , warm, friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any questions or information you may need. The check-in process was quick , which made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The hotel is located on Via Roma, within just a 15-20-minute walk of all the main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city on foot. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was excellent, ensuring a relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing. Another big plus is that both the hotel and the surrounding area feel very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable and worry-free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
−If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the size of the shower.
