+I like it's ambience and it's very clean. Also very near to the temple so its really convenient for us to visit temple multiple times and for shipping too. The staff was helpful and the service is also very good. Even after checkout we wanted to keep our luggage for few hours and they gave us room for free of charge for few hours.

−There were too many mosquitoes in the room, I had booked for AC room, but since there was a mistake from booking.com side of not mentioning the room type, the person over there at first did not give us the AC remote, but later, I convinced I had paid for the AC charges, he gave the remote. This is very unprofessional from Booking.com's end

“Hotel room is clean but staffs are not understanding our concern and they are pushing us to checkout”
+We checked in by 3PM and the next day we had train by 1PM and we requested hotel team to extend checkout time till 12PM but they asked us to vacate by 10AM and we vacated.

+Worst hotel ever seen in my life. Such a cheap people they are, we had booked ac room, they off the ac in mid night from the reception. I don’t know why they have the switch off the ac from the reception
