“Clean room with disappointing breakfast.”
+The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous.
−Breakfast was disappointing with very limited choices. NO 'eggs to order', not even a masala omelette. Also, there were a lot of parties going on during my stay so it was very noisy. Someone kept moving the furniture on the floor above or adjoining room which was annoying. The complaint was not resolved.

+Location: Excllent Housekeeping: Needs training Staff : Courteous but has no powers. F&B : Poor selection and exorbitantly priced. The Breakfast Menu should be better. They should be trained to cater to business guests. Air conditioning: Position of Air cons is such as it reduces cooling in the Bed Room part.
−I was there on business and had a stream of guests visiting me . They presumably have a meeting room on FF. Requested use of the same. A gentleman was called by the staff on Front Desk who said it is payable to use . Did not give any price etc and walked away. Had to use the empty restaurant from 9 am to 4 Pm with multiple rounds of tea and coffee etc . They could have charged a small token for a private room . They need to be trained how to deal with business traveler of a higer grade and not just company representatives..
