“Pleasant stay at Hotel Coolidge with a charming historic atmosphere, friendly staff, and a convenien”

“Great hospitality, clean room and a taste of history on the side.”
+Tom at the front desk has impeccable hospitality skills. The stay was good. We had a room with an adjoining bathroom. So each guest had their own space, which was great! Any need was met swiftly. It is an older hotel, and I would describe it as quaint. It has a lot of antiques and history and a unique feel. Charming could also be used to describe it.
−Everything was ok.

“Extremely disappointing.”
−I had no hot water throughout my stay. Despite multiple assurances I would get a refund I never received one, and the staff did not answer my messages regarding this. The hotel has moved from somewhat charming to shabby in the 18 months since I last stayed there. I will not be returning.

“Was very disappointed with our accommodations”
+The property is 100 years old. Our hot water took 20 minutes to get warm. As a result, no showers were taken
−The photos online make the property appear better than it actually was.

“Not worth it”
+Great location and friendly staff.
−It was not clean at all. Bathtub was clogged, shower did not get hot, bugs in the room. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

“We were very unhappy and disappointed, we think having the right to ask a refund”
+Nothing
−We found several bugs inside the room, in the bathroom, on the floor, on the walls and on the curtains :-0 and a dirty paper napkin inside the bed. We asked the receptionist to change room but he didn’t do that. He assured us that the manager should have get in touch with us but we didn’t received anything, nor call neither mail.
