+I was supposed to travel for a very important work event, but just two days before, my cat suddenly had an acute renal failure and sadly passed away... We called ready to get any kind of answer but they were really understanding about the cancellation. It was extremely kind and human of them... I will never forget your kindness... Thank you so much!

+Top accommodation in terms of location right in the center; the two-star hotel met expectations and was very good for this level.
−I would only point out two things: a rather unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel, including the room (likely due to recent renovations or the age of the building), and a shower that sprayed too much, flooding the bathroom.
