+Perfect location, big room, especially for Venice, good breakfast. Bathroom is spacious and warm. We enjoyed early check-in. Generally very comfortable stay

+Location was great. The staff were even better. Super helpful and friendly
−Aircon didn’t work, but you could open the windows due to mosquitos. Breakfast was a very odd mix of foods. No toaster. Cold eggs. Just a bit odd.

“Formidable emplacement”
+L'emplacement est excellent
−Le chauffage extrêmement fort dans la chambre sans possibilité de le régler, très désagréable et peu économique. Pas de distributeur de savon dans la douche, mais des petits flacons en plastique tous les jours, pas du tout écologique ! Annoncé 4 étoiles cela est quelque peu sur estimé, pour la qualité du petit déjeuner et le manque d'équipements dans la chambre ( plateau de courtoisie...)

−The bed is so uncomfortable and sleeping was painful. Plus they do not provide all the amenities especially the room sliders that we need to walk in the room

“A good place to stay, but not for breakfast”
+Excellent Location. Near. Right next to St. Mark's Square. I think it's the hotel with the best location in this price range.
−The staff was very impersonal. The breakfast was very meager. It's not worth paying for. There are plenty of coffee shops right across from the hotel entrance that serve good coffee and panini.
