“We felt like princesses for 1 week in that luxurious hotel!”
+The staff was very friendly and professional, the hotel is amazing, a room to a hotel like that in US would cost probably 350$ a night so it was a great value for the price! Great location as well, close to everything.
−I didn`t like at all the taxi cab! One thing that wasn`t his fault was that we had to go to departure parking instead of arrival because of renovation, I understand that but he didn`t come to wait for us with a sign with our name on it like I expected. He made us chase him in the whole parking lot, he told us where he was and I had to go looking for the car number in the whole parking lot, he didn`t move a finger to make our experience better. He made me go find him instead of him getting out of the car and wave or have a sign with our last name.

−Pe 23 spre 24 octombrie caldura in camere nu era pornita. Am racit si eu si sotia mea, dar si fetita noastra de 7 luni. A trebuit sa cobor eu sa intreb de ce dracu e frig de intepenesti in camera, desi stiau ca ma cazez cu o fetita de 7 luni. SAPTE!

+Lage ist perfekt - gleich bei der Altstadt. Anbindung für Transfers ist super.
−Toiletten und sanitäre Anlagen sind viel zu klein. Man kann sich kaum auf die Toilette setzen, der Deckel war nicht richtig montiert und die sanitären Anlagen gehören modernisiert.

+My recent three-night stay at Hotel Casa Capsa was very comfortable and the hotel is cosy and clean throughout. I especially loved the old-fashioned atmosphere and these all made my first ever visit to Bucharest extra special. Casa Capsa hotel is also ideally situated in the centre of Bucharest. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and I would very much like to stay here again. There is so much to see and do in Bucharest and many other towns and cities to explore in Romania. Also, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and with a good selection. Many thanks to everyone.

−Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about my stay under reservation #5799203445 from 13 October 2026 to 17 October 2026. I booked this property for two adults and one child (6 years old) with the expectation that the accommodation and services would match the description presented on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different and far below acceptable hospitality standards. Misleading Room Conditions and Additional Charges Upon arrival, I discovered that the Deluxe Room did not include an extra bed for my 6-year-old daughter. I was then forced to pay an additional €20 per night, totaling €80, simply to obtain a basic sleeping arrangement that should have been addressed transparently during the booking process. In addition, the room was significantly smaller than advertised. The photographs and description created expectations that were nowhere near the actual size and condition of the room provided. Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance While I understand that the hotel is located in a historic building, this cannot be used as an excuse for poor maintenance and cleanliness.
