“Disappointing.”
+The location for the Port of Santander.
−There was nowhere to eat, as the restaurant was closed and looked like it had been for some time. There was a coffee shop but that was also closed. Being Sunday all other places around the hotel had stopped serving proper food, just snacks. We ended up going to a supermarket and making the best we could. If we wanted a coffee it was out of the hotel to a café on the corner. One of the cupboard doors was hanging off and the main window door would not close properly, although the noise from the bar opposite ended at a reasonable time.

−Difficulté pour faire fonctionner la douche ?? mais explication le lendemain matin par le responsable : il semblerait que nous n'ayons pas compris le système ? . Il souhaitait même nous le montrer de façon aimable et pédagogique mais nous étions pressées de reprendre notre périple..

+Very clean, uncomplicated, traditional style hotel, marble & tiles everywhere! Good location very near the train station. Easy to find with Google maps, and once you find the underpass to the other side of the main road. Good value for money.
−Sounds insulation was not great but everyone seemed to settle early, so it wasn't a huge problem
“Our expectations were low, but even those could not be met.”

−The bed and pillows we uncomfortable. It was the first time during our almost 2 weeks in Spain that we were bombarded and bitten by mosquitos. We had to sleep under the sheets and there was no air conditioning. It didn’t work. WiFi only worked for one device at a time.
“Good for a one night stay”
+Great for a one night stay close to the airport. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. There were restaurants and bars in walking distance. Parking too.

+L'accueil avant l'heure prévue. Le parking gratuit, la taille de la chambre correcte, les deux grands lits jumeaux.
