+Great hotel. I stayed here for 4 days and everything was great. First of all, I would mention the location. Very close to the promenade, train station, metro station, Jean Medson street... Everything is very close to the hotel. My room had a street view and there were no problems at night. Very silent street. The room was good, clean, comfortable. We had a TV with many TV channels. Comfortable bed. Maybe, the pillows were not very comfortable, but maybe this was only in my room (374). The breakfast was also good, so I would recommend for everyone to book a room here with breakfast included. If you are looking for a great location in Nice, I would recommend this hotel.
−- The pillows were not very comfortable, but again, maybe this was only in my room. - The internet on 3rd floor is pretty slow. There is nothing else that we didn't liked.

“Would definitely stay here again”
+Hotel is in a really convenient location, just a few streets away from the beach. Quiet and not much noise. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarkets. Our room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. The bathroom was also spacious and modern. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
−Nothing
+Location
−Rooms are dated. Door in bathroom wasn't closing and staff tried to dismiss it, had to persist and were moved to a different room. Size of rooms is good, but the bathroom suite is from 80s. No complimentary coffee in either of the rooms.

“Nice location near beach and city, excellent breakfast & value for money.”
+We booked a triple room and got three separate beds just as we had requested. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was truly superb, it had everything we needed, from an omelette maker to five different types of cheese.
−The room with its wood panelling and the bathroom felt a little old-fashioned, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! :)
