+The hotel's ambiance was fun and interesting. All the amenities were excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, especially with the HVAC fan turned on.

“Mixed review”
+Location was great. Food in restaurant was very good, our server was excellent. Valet attendants were excellent as well.
−AC in the room was very loud every time it turned on and off. Furnishing were old and beds were moderately comfortable. I expected comfort level for the price.

+Location. History. Restaurants and bars
−One misstep is there was no hairdryer in the room, and it took > 20 min to get one… by then we needed to check out (we never got the hairdryer)

“Nosie level horrible and overpaid for the room. I will put complaint in with Booking.com as well.”
+Did not have breakfast
−I overpaid for room, it was email to me by booking.com for 195.00 for the night I paid much more. The staff said to get in touch with booking.com, they could not help at this point. I did have ins, I feel the hotel could have match the price they were offering for the same room. It was like a 90.00 difference. Also the people above me was extremely loud at night and woke me up very early up and down all morning.

+loved the character of the hotel...did not feel "dated" at all, but rather authentic and so much fun. The speakeasy in the basement had live music every night, and the 2 lobby bars were terrific. I would definitely stay here again.
−the price gouging during parent's weekend is borderline offensive...this is done by all the hotels in the area (the Limelight, St Julien, Moxy, and even the limited service hotels in Boulder are charging $1k+ / night those weekends), but it doesn't make it OK just b/c they all do it.

+Location and dining options are fantastic
−Carpet in the room felt dingy and old… gives an impression of being less clean. I was in the old wing, which has a vintage vibe. Even so, fresh flooring would be better.
