“Excellent hotel, I was was unlucky with the staff.”
+The accommodation is excellent, yhe location is wonderful, the room is clean, the breakfast is deliciuos, and the breakfast area is very cozy.
−I have never encountered such an unempathetic reception staff. When we arrived, we greeted the staff, but no one paid any attention to us. One employee was so engrossed in providing tourist information to other guests. We expected to receive the same level of attention and service. Instead, another staff member eventually asked for our passports, pointed out where the lift was, put the key down, and walked away. I felt as though I were a hotel employee who had simply come to collect a key. I have never had an experience like this before.

+Pulito. Per carità, anche gentili, ci hanno aspettato anche con la bottiglua di vino bianco regalo.... che abbiamo gentilmente lasciato dentro.
−Tante cose : per primo il rumore assurdo di notte fuori con la movida.... peccato che gli infissi sono rimasti agli anni del Rinascimento. Abbiamo capito cosi del perché il "regalo" della maschera di notte e dei tappi per le orecchie. Il matterasso... proviamo ancora a riprenderci. Non pensate di trovarci de ciabatte, è un 4 stelle a cui darei un massimo 3. Cosa dire dell'odore all'interno della camera....

+Zentrale Lage, ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter (sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück), reichhaltiges Frühstück, geschmackvolle Einrichtung (wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen), sehr bequeme Betten

“Excellent day, fantastic staff, and very comfortable”
+Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Our luggage had been lost for six days and they were very helpful and trying to track it down. Additionally, they were also very kind after we checked out and we left our luggage for the day offering a toilet, water, etc., before our departure. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were nice and the air conditioner worked very well.
−The bathroom was quite small.
