+I don't understand the bad reviews, the place was the cleanest and most well maintained I've been to in Italy - fresh paint, nothing was broken. I had my own bathroom and a comfortable twin bed and it was quiet, warm, slept well.

+Ottima Pulizia delle stanze Buona. E attenta Manutenzione (calcolando la vecchiaia della struttura) Ottimo sfruttamento dei piccoli spazi. Si trova tutto magicamente a portata di mano. Qualità prezzo buona.
−Cattivo Odore al piano terra dove c é la reception. Non so se provenga dalla cucina, ma é veramente un brutto biglietto da visita, anche perché invece c é molta attenzione nell igiene delle Camere.

+It was a lovely cheap hotel for one night as we were let down on a booked property. The receptionist Roberta was very helpful as we arrived very late. Very convenient for the town beaches and railway station
−The shower was too small, but lovely hot water. Everything else was lovely for a budget hotel
