“Besuch in Berlin”
+Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen. Es ist einfach, aber sauber. Zum Übernachten reicht es vollkommen. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich am Anreisetag. Da ich auf den Aufzug angewiesen war, und ich ein Zimmer im 1. Stock bekommen sollte, dieser aber um 19 Uhr abgestellt wird, hat die nette Dame am Empfang noch ein Zimmer für mich im EG gefunden.....das fand ich voll toll
−Es sollte bei der Beschreibung stehen, dass der Aufzug im Haus nur bis 19 Uhr funktioniert. Diese Informationen wäre für mich total wichtig, da ich nicht so gut zu Fuss bin und mir dieses Hotel, wegen dem Aufzug ausgesucht habe.
+Sehr sauber, Lage gut, gleich nebenan ein toller Italiener "Il Nuovo", Supermarkt und Bushaltestellen ums Eck
−Kein Personal vor Ort, erst ab 14 Uhr jemand erreichbar, Lift wurde immer um 19 Uhr abgeschaltet. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr warm, wir mussten immer lüften. Im Zimmer kein Heizkörper oder Regler zu sehen.

“Very good place in airport vicinity, yet in quiet neighborhood, good access to city, very good value”
+I got a large room, which was therefore very comfortable and generous, and with a comfortable bed, working desk, big closet. Nice street view onto the neighborhood, and still quiet. The bathroom was also spacious and good. Staff were kind and there was helpful material about Berlin at the Reception. Wifi was good. There's an Italian restaurant right next door, McDo and a gas station close by, and a well frequented bus stop just across the street, connecting both in the direction of the airport and in the other direction to other buses, metro etc. The location is strategically good in terms of being in the vicinity of the airport, yet in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and still very good access to the city and other districts of Berlin, and economical for Berlin. Overall very good value for money.
−The elevator has some off hours in the evening. However, as the hotel only has a few floors, this is not critical.
