+The full breakfast is amazing and the gentleman who works there cleaned table made sure food was replenished assisted with toaster machine when toast was burning and explained pancake maker and they were delicious. Tipped him and staff accordingly for their hard work.
−We were woken up at 4 am by people above us dropping what sounded like moving furniture and continues for some time. Spoke to reservation desk they did not offer and credit which is probably due to booking with you and just said sorry. We drove for over 6 hours, so this was not good enough for us. They could have given us a free night's stay for another time. No chairs to sit int he rooms and bed way too high off the floor to sit there to watch television, the room had a musty smell to it and were ended up with 2 queens not one king bed. Due to a wedding there no parking for handicapped and walked a long way to get our luggage back and forth.

+The breakfast buffet had many choices and kept full. The showers are nice.
−The room was dated and needs serious attention given to the bubbled up floors. The hide a bed couch showed serious wear. The floor corners could stand to be swept a little better. The hotel seemed like and afterthought to the casino. Getting to the rooms is a maze, and a dedicated place to pull up to the hotel to drop your bags would be beneficial.

+היה מאוד מפתיע שהמלון נמצא ממש על מסלול מרוצי סוסים, ומחלון החדר צפינו במרוצים, במלון יש גם קזינו ונמצא גם במתחם קניות, היה מצוין
+Room was clean and spacious. We were staying for a concert so it was a close drive to the venue.
−The set up to get to the hotel is a Little odd. Escalator to the second from, then walk a few halls, then elevator to your floor. Also found it weird that they offer free play to check out early. If someone it paying say $150 for one night, why are you trying to rush them out? Also, there’s no sound proofing whatsoever. We could hear the people walking above us, as well as in the room next to us.
“Casino hotel I wouldn't recommend”
+Location, bed was very comfortable and room had a fridge.
−Only 1 microwave for an entire floor, breakfast was not good, we went at 7:15am and the juice was not refilled, the eggs were rubber and my husband and I both had upset stomachs within 20-30 minutes. Staff was not friendly, sleeping at the desk rather than greeting guests...for the price I thought it would be more of a luxury stay, but I would rate this a 2 star hotel and will stay at a different hotel the next time I stay overnight in Batavia.
