“Lovely hotel, very helpful staff”
+Hotel room was outstanding. Gent on reception was so helpful to us. Breakfast was really good, also ate in the restaurant at night- definitely recommend.

+O quarto excelente em tudo. O tamanho era bom, o chuveiro perfeito, o banheiro tinha shampoo, a cama confortável, uma vista boa. No quarto tinha chocolate, café, chá, biscoito e água ( a água era a vontade e mineral) o atendimento foi perfeito. O café da manhã no meu caso foi incluso e valeu a pena, muito diversificado e delicioso. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo. So tenho elogios sobre o Hotel Arte.

“Bit disappointed”
+Central to St Moritz. Room was a good size. Reception staff were very obliging and keen to help even if they came across a little surly but that could be a language barrier. Tourist passes recommended by Reception proved to be really useful and saved us alot both on the bus and on the funicular and cable car.
−Breakfast was as low maintenance as it gets. Nothing hot available - all cold cuts, sugary cereals, juices with lots of bread on offer. We tried it out in the evening and food was ok but when we paid the waiter in cash with a 50 euro note he assumed the 12 euro change due was for him - despite the fact he'd literally just carried our food from the kitchen to the table with not even a grunt of interaction - let alone any 'service' as such.
