“Unfriendly staff”
+Good location
−Parking is very difficult for larger cars. Staff is unfriendly, not a hello when passing by. I arrived just 15 minutes early but they refused to let me get in their car park.

+L'hotel è abbastanza vicino ai punti di interesse , al limite c'è la metropolitana e il tram proprio vicinissimi . Abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel garage privato compreso nel prezzo . Una bella comodità dato che c'è molto traffico nella zona La camera molto silenziosa ma potrebbe essere pulita meglio e i letti non sono proprio comodi ma per tre notti può essere sufficiente . Il personale ti dà le informazioni che chiedi ma se non saluti tu per primo loro non lo fanno davvero .
−Non ho mai ricevuto per prima il saluto del personale alla reception chiunque ci sia stato o è un' abitudine portoghese o li ho trovati tutti poco educati

−Mensen bij de receptie afstandelijk en weinig behulpzaam, uitleg minimaal, alles moest je vragen. Kamer wat klein en donker. Ontbijt is zijn geld niet waard, en als het op was werd er niet bijgevuld, er kwam ook niemand controleren

+I liked the location of the Anjos, close to the city center and close to the metro. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast quality and variety are very good. It's good when the hotel has a lift. I will come again to this hotel. A special thanks to Antony.
