“Comfortable stay overall, but the unexplained entry into our room and the poor response to my complaint were concerning.”
+The hotel was comfortable, and overall our stay was good.
−“At around 5 p.m., while I was sleeping, someone unlocked and opened our room door with a key without knocking or asking permission. Moreover this is the time when mostly tourist are outside for hanging outside or looking for a dinner. Our luggage and belongings were inside, so this was alarming and made us feel unsafe. I reported it at reception, but the staff member did not respond helpfully or explain what had happened.

“Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung.”
−Einrichtung ist ok, mein Zimmer war relativ groß folgende Punkte sind mir aufgefallen: Keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Ein kaputtes Fenster dass sich nicht ordentlich verschließen lässt. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn sprüht in alle Richtungen. Harte Matratze. Wände müssten neu gestrichen werden. Die Vorhänge haften an manchen Stellen nicht ganz an der Leiste. Alles in allem ist es dem Preis gerecht & das Personal ist freundlich. Einer alleinreisende Frau wie mir würde ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, das aber alleinig aus dem Grund da die Umgebung etwas dubios ist, da gibt’s bessere, ruhigere und sicherere viertel.

“Gutes Hotel, etwas unsichere Strasse.”
+Das Personal.Sehr freundlich und höflich.
−Das Zimmer ist klein,ausreichend für eine Person,aber echt klein. Die Strasse und auch der Eingang im Hotel siehen etwas unfreundlichen, aber das Hotel selber ist ok.
