−Probably the most disappointing hotel of our entire holiday. We paid around £99 for one night for two people, including breakfast, and I expected a much better experience for that price. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was advertised as a continental breakfast, but in reality, there was just a fridge with some bread, butter, jam, milk and a box of cereal, along with tea and basic 3-in-1 instant Nescafé coffee. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but this was extremely basic and certainly not what I had imagined when booking a hotel with breakfast included. The location was also inconvenient, being quite far from the railway station. Having previously stayed in a Travelodge for around £50 with a much better breakfast, including a proper breakfast area and coffee machine, I found this particularly disappointing. Looking back, I could probably have booked a much better hotel closer to the station for only slightly more money. Overall, I didn't feel this hotel offered good value for money and wouldn't choose to stay here again.

−Telly wasn't working. I did not have hot water in the first morning for a shower. The following mornings I have had hot water but the water pressure was just terrible. The room door could not be locked from inside due to fault and despite telling the staff after the first night , it was not sorted by the time I left.

−Был отключен холодильник, забыли видимо включить после уборки номера. Кнопки бачка wc были сломаны. Держатель лейки душа был также сломан. Вода холодная в душе
