“Disappointing.”
+Location was fine. Bed was fine.
−Wifi did not work. Called for assistance but staff did not get back. Even the TV would not connect to the internet. Toilet was coming off the floor bolts and would not fully flush.

+Lower level ( backside) rooms were very quiet at night. Important as there were over 600 vintage chevy pick up hor rod trucks on a rally there that weekend.

−The check-in process was horrible.They do not have a front desk or a manager to help with check.In. Supposedly, a text was to be sent for check-in for check-in instructions, but never was. The contact phone numbers that were posted on the "door" of the Vacancy sign in front were answered by an answering machine and only went to a recorded message. So many other things were wrong with the rooms that I would say do not, under any circumstances, stay here.

“Old building, no ice machine”
+Bed was comfortable.
−Old run down building. No front desk staff. Did not receive entry info by text message. Found teenage girl in pajamas at so called office who was nice but it took 20 minutes to find our room info. There was a posting who to call if you didn’t receive info. Both phone text numbers disconnected. Poorly lit parking lot. Room smelt heavily of cleaning products.

−The office was unoccupied and the door combination provided did not work to open the door - when contacted they provided a code for lock box and when opened no key was in box creating a security concern - I asked to cancel room due to this concern and was denied - no refund was provided and no one stayed in the room

“An exquisite hotel room for budget motel prices”
+Extremely nice accomodations: everything was worthy of a hotel twice the price and the deal felt like a steal. The bed and pillows were great and there were extras in the closet. The television was new and was a smart television that could stream anything. There were extra towels, soap/conditioner/shampoo were dispensers and there were extras of anything potentially needed.
