+Stayed in the Library Suite, beautiful, spacious space with strong air conditioning. Excellent location in the heart of Saint Ives.
−It was a challenge to park in the allotted parking space, extremely tight fit for a mid-sized SUV.

−We could never get the television to work, but that was not a major issue for us but we would have liked to watch FIFA!

+The attention to detail of every item placed in the suite was second to none. I have over the years spent a lot of time in hotels etc. this property is beautiful. The layout, design and quality were fantastic. Everything had been thought out to make your stay comfortable, from a superb comfy bed, stunning bath, quality products in the bathroom, amazing shower. Even little gifts left in the fridge. There was even a parking space (a rarity in St Ives). The building itself houses a wine,/cocktail bar and the staff were friendly and efficient. Reviews are a rarity for me, this one is a centrally placed gem.
−This is no reflection on the property but I come from the Midlands and the seagulls took some getting used to!!

“Best room anywhere!”
+The rooms was excellent, amazing details and decor. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, great size room and bathroom. Completely cider, chocolates and milk to go with your tea and coffee. A bath and walk in shower. Great location to walk to everything.
−Car park not at venue, can't access the car park until you check in and couldn't extend check out for more than 30mins. None of which we knew about until after booking.
+Nice location, nice facilities, all is great. Quite interesting history as well!

“Perfect location in a luxury apartment - wonderful for a short stay .”
+Very comfortable stay in a beautiful apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the deep bath a real treat. Nice touch with complimentary biscuits and chocolate and milk, tea and coffee . Very close to harbour. Thank you for a really relaxing few days.
