+The staff is really helpful and kind. The place is comfortable and very well located. I'm coming back to Cairo soon and will stay there again.

+The hotel room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds. There were some mosquitoes, but a plug-in mosquito repellent was provided. The room faced the backyard, so it was quieter at night than other hotel in the same area. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff were friendly and arranged a driver for us for a day trip and airport transfer.
−The entrance hall and staircase of a building, where the hotel is situated, are dirty and neglected. The hotel is located in an old building. The elevator is old and doesn't seem very reliable, we discussed this with the hotel staff, who explained that due to the building's historical status and the area's regulations, the elevator cannot be replaced with a more modern one.

+Our second stay at the hotel, we had same room, same comfy beds and quiet night, which was blessing.
−The old elevator (but it was checked during our stay) and the dirt on the staircase, the entrance hall was a bit cleaner.

−Unfortunately we arrived and without explanation they moved us to another hotel that was not far away but the quality of the room and structure were much lower than our booking and expectations. We were not happy of the change of hotel and definitely not happy that the new hotel was much less comfortable. The new hotel staff were nice at least so thankful for that.

+Oda genişti. Yatak ve malzemeler temiz, yeni, hijyenikti. Odanın ferahlığı uyumayı kolaylaştırıyor. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterliydi.
−Otelin bulunduğu bina çok eski, otel temiz olsa da bina çok kirli. Asansör çok eski, insana düşecekmiş hissi veriyor.

+J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Hola Cairo Boutique. L’accueil à la réception était chaleureux, avec une équipe disponible, serviable et toujours prête à aider. Les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Nessma et Youssef pour leur assistance, leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité tout au long de mon séjour. Leur professionnalisme et leur sens de l’hospitalité ont rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil et cette attention !

“Усилить шумоизоляцию двери в номер.”
+Отель находится в самом центре Каира. Номера очень чистые и просторные. Завтраки были хорошие: омлет, овощи, лепёшка, йогурт и джем. Чай или кофе . Голодными после такого завтрака не останетесь. Завтрак могут приготовить ко времени которое вы укажите. Персонал отзывчивый помогал в решении небольших проблем. Прямо в здании отеля есть фастфуд с хорошими оценками,можно взять еду внизу и поужинать прям в отеле в помещении столовой. Спасибо за это персоналу.
