+Impressed from the start with the prompt and friendly greeting - the room looked very clean, warm and tidy. The decor felt luxurious, uncluttered and modern. The complimentary snacks and fridge items were a lovely treat, and the ice cream tokens a really nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and great coffee.
−Noise from room above - may just need some additional carpeting, or a reminder to keep noise down at night or early morning.

+Location, setting and the presentation of this wonderful.property are magical. The obvious care and attention to the tiniest of details is evident, everywhere. The staff team are excellent, polite & proficient and could not have been more helpful. The Hive restaurant is fabulous! Cannot recommend this highly enough.
−The only issue we experienced on our one night stay, was a lack of hot water. Shower after a long journey, pre-meal, was tepid and that was a shame. When we returned later that evening, my girlfriend was really excited to try the fantastic bathtub, but unfortunately, no hot water. We alerted staff to this (really responsive and apologetic, just unfortunate timing late evening) but timing wise, we missed out and this is the only 'not so great' aspect of an, otherwise, hugely enjoyable stay.

−We got a free spot outside which was lucky but may be difficulty in summer, Aberaron always is. Would not put us off staying again
