+Great spot. Clean and comfortable
+Unique history. Near city centre.
+It's location is easily accessible. However, the surrounding is noisy with fumes from the paper mill. I did also like the staff and other people smoking around the property.
+Property needs overhaul, no a/c. Staff were great.
+The location was fine, quite convenient. The building is quite old and not well kept up. The innkeeper didn't keep a good track of what rooms were cleaned, and actually unlocked the door, opened it, and appeared surprised to find us in residence. But hot water, reasonably clean linens, so I guess it was adequate. Barely.
+The hotel itself wasn't too bad, nothing fancy. There was a severe lack of power outlets in the room, however. I had to go out and purchase an extension cord to be able to plug in my CPAP machine next to the bed. The hotel also asked for a $100 deposit on checkin, which we had not been told was necessary. Customers should be told about this ahead of time so we can be prepared.

+This is an older building so the a/c is only in the hallways, not in the rooms so it was a bit stuffy unless webleft the door open, but we had a dog with us and couldn't do that. Otherwise its a nice convenient place
