−They said with breakfast and their definition of breakfast is just a tea in room with some biscuits What a joke! Bathroom is very small and shower covered by white plastic curtain. No heater light in Bath.

“Was a nice room to stay in”
+I would have liked room service. But liked the fact there was a continental breakfast included.
−I booked the room for 3 days and when I went out for the first day I couldn't get back into my room with my key card. And when I booked weeks before I went they didn't have my accommodation on the system.I had to prove that I had accommodation. Was such a long process.

−The lights had been left on a considerable time before I arrived, making the room very hot. There is a problem with the shower outlet, fittings need tightening. Soap bars too small to be effective.

+Location was good and room OK
−I think the Government were using the motel to house Housing Trust people as it was not safe. Police were called to one guy who was threatening to kill them, a prostitute was using a room to service clients, there were homeless people wandering through the facility and the guy in the room next to me looked homeless. The Govt do this if not enough Housing Trust properties or if they are being renovated. I left during the night as I feared for my safety.
