“Unfortunately our stay was not up to what we expected.”
+The overall experience did not meet our expectations. I would encourage the hotel to ensure that the pictures online accurately reflect the room guests receive
−We were disappointed with the room. It was much smaller than anticipated and the room we saw online looked nicer and more spacious than what we were actually given. Had to leave that same day rather than stay until our planned checkout time.

“Worst nights sleep in a dingy make shift cabin”
+The Loction is good and a short distance to major sites we were visiting and easy to get to from major roads
−The bed was horrendous it was like sleeping on a slab of wood, I woke up in pain, an absolute joke to call that a bed. We parked up and took all of our bags to reception only to be told we had to walk back across the carpark to an external lodge area, which was basically a block of flats, to which the main front door didn’t close, I didn’t know this when we booked or it would of stopped me booking. We were asked if we wanted dinner in the main hotel but there was a wedding on, again didn’t know this or wouldn’t of booked we were hoping for a comfy and quiet weekend away, the room was excessively hot as soo as we walked in it was like a sauna, The hot tap took exactly 4 minutes to heat up then it was boiling . We were left with partial toilet roll. The hairdryer in the bathroom is broken, the taps are chipped or missing parts. There is mould in the bathroom. The room felt grimy and dirty in general. Reception demanded our bank details because we paid third party through booking.com and were told it is incase we damage the room, I took offence at the time, but was more offended after seeing the room, I was told on check out I would receive my deposit back automatically and I am yet t
