“Great location, budget accommodation in the heart of the city with generous staffs member.”
+This property is located in the heart of the Cairns city. Shopping centres, Esplanade Lagoon, Reef Fleet terminal, Museum, aquarium, every spots are with in walkable distance. This is the best advantage of this property. Even airport is 10 mins by taxi. The property is built in a heritage building, probably on one of the few buildings were established during early time of the Cairns city. It's a comfy budget place to stay in the heart of the Cairns city centre. In general, our room was decent, comfortable and budget friendly. Breakfast was served with a decent options. But you can't take it on go. YOU HAVE TO EAT ON THE SPOT, which was not possible if you are going any where early in the morning.
−The breakfast was not allowed to carry, not even a slice to bread. this was not acceptable.

“Good location close to public transport”
+Easy short walk from train and bus. Very central to supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast available in nice surroundings. Historic hotel with interesting beginnings in the19th century.
−A window had been left open leaving a pool of water in the corner of the room from rain. Not discovered til late and by then no maintenance staff available to mop up. Not a huge problem!

+The location is so centric thats the best part! You are near to the esplanade, to the shopping and even to the central starion. Two blocks foward you have all the buses. Also the bed was so comfy

“I would love to come back again nextime”
+The night duty staff member receptionist was very friendly! She’s very friendly and very helpful to all customers thou shes very busy with a lot of complaints she’s the best person I’ve ever met.
−I can’t complain thou o have a cheap price. Although the best door people was very nosy around 2am yelling and shouting to each other very rude for others privacy.
