“Perfecto”
+Hemos pasado cinco noches en este apartamento y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. Es un alojamiento pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y agradable. La habitación con baño privado y la cocinita están muy bien aprovechadas. Destacaría especialmente lo acogedor que resulta, lo bonito que está y, sobre todo, la limpieza, que era impecable. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante toda la estancia, como en casa. Quizá el único inconveniente es que no está especialmente cerca de metro o autobús, pero en nuestro caso no ha sido un problema y hemos podido disfrutar igualmente de Londres. Además, su ubicación nos viene fenomenal por la cercanía a la casa de nuestro hijo, algo que para nosotros tiene mucho valor, ya que visitamos Londres con frecuencia. Sin duda, es un alojamiento al que nos gustaría volver. Hemos estado encantados y lo recomendamos totalmente. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia haya sido tan agradable!

“Terrible”
+⭐ 1/5 ★ Room 4 Unsafe stay as a solo‑travelling young woman: main door opened without a PIN; three emergency calls went unanswered. At 3 am the fault remained unfixed, so I barricaded my room and barely slept. The room did not match the listing: cannabis smell, repeatedly‑blocking toilet, ants and silverfish including on bedding, no advertised full‑length mirror. I raised concerns on‑site and followed up by email with photo‑video evidence; no reply received. Only a 20 % refund was offered , inadequate given the safety failures. Seeking full refund. Would not recommend.
“Didn't even make it into the rooms”
+I was given three different codes and keys to try out wasn't able to open any of the doors. One of the rooms had a guest already in the room and there was no staff on site to help fix the issue. We also saw online bad reviews of people able to come in at 4am and this tracks with how easy it was for us to get three different room keys. Didn't end up staying due to safety concerns do not recommend.

“Quick and good service”
+Lady from customer service gave great service, I forgot my keys and AirPods and she arranged that it would be dropped off at a place nearby. Everything was arranged properly, thanks a lot!
−The area wasn't that nice but it was just for sleep so it was fine.
