+We had a great stay! The highlight of our experience was definitely the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made a difference. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. As for the room, it was comfortable and good value for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

+Great hotel with a perfect location. Very close to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy town. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy.

−There was no lift. No telephone in the room to contact the reception. No toiletries. Body wash was empty. No way to contact them to get it. No proper blanket

−Just didn’t hit the mark. Not sure how it compares price wise to other places in Kandy but we paid nearly $100US for 2.5 beds. The kettle plate needed moving to be plugged in, there were ants everywhere, it smelled, the breakfast tables hadn’t been wiped…just the overall vibe was a bit off. Staff seemed a bit over it.
