“Cancelled upon arrival”
−Upon arrival they cancelled my reservation through booking, claiming that there are no empty rooms. When I checked the app there was four available rooms.

“Incroyable expérience! Accueil, tout tout c’est un 10/10! Allez y les yeux fermés”
+Tout, l’ambiance, la nourriture, les logements, la gentillesse du personnel. L’organisation des activités 10/10, facile d’accès, à côté de la station de train! La musique s’arrête à 21h ce qui est parfait! De quoi d’ambiance pendant que lon mange et pour le dessert! C’était une magnifique expérience!

+The location is just near the road. No need for a jeep to reach it. Bader the tour leader was extraordinary. He is so funny & helpful!

−The bubble flooded because there was a rainy day, to our bad luck. Also the bathroom was in a bad shape, the shower was destroyed and the bathroom furniture was old and damaged.

+We were travelling with two young children so the location just off the desert road was perfect for us making access easier/shorter. The food was excellent - i would recommend lining up early as it is buffet but there was plenty to go round on our stay. The activities were great fun - we did camel riding and 4x4 which the kids (3 and 5) loved. Unfortunately we were not able to do the star gazing as it was an overcast night but they immediately refunded us no hassle and showed us a walking path we could do on our own to give the kids a walking thru the desert at night experience.
−The benefit of convenience comes at the cost of seclusion - were we not travelling with kids i would have considered choosing one of the encampments deeper into wadi rum - though when you factor in the 4x4 activity which explores deep into the desert perhaps we would have still chosen to stay here
